PushUps turns a simple exercise into a finite daily challenge. A user defines a total goal, a daily target, and a timeframe, then records each completed set.

The product is intentionally small: it focuses on repetition, visible progress, and the satisfaction of closing a day rather than building a broad fitness platform.

Design focus

The experience is designed around one clear action: record a set and see what remains. Progress should feel immediate, while the long-term goal stays understandable at a glance.

Motivation comes from personal continuity and completion, not social comparison or a competitive feed.

Current outcome

The shipped app offers a lightweight habit loop for people who want structure around one exercise without maintaining a full workout profile.
